DIANA BOUREL: VISION, STRENGTH AND EXPERIENCE

Diana Bourel is an American-French wellness expert who brings over three decades of expertise to her work. With deep roots and extensive training in yoga, transpersonal training, & complementary healing modalities, Diana has crafted transformative experiences for discerning clients worldwide.

Diana is the founder of the Art of Self Care, a wellness platform dedicated to the different contemplative practices and healing modalities she offers.

 

She is also the creator of signature wellness programs, including thenSt Barth Summer Camp Yoga Challenge Edition, now in its 17th edition, the Mind , Body & Spirit program she created for Cap Juluca in Anguilla, and Yoga and Detox programs she has taught in Asia, the Caribbean, North and South America and Europe.

 

Certified in several different styles of yoga, Diana’s lifelong interest in human conscience, contemplative practices, and transpersonal therapy modalities that include past life work, kinesiology, somatic work, and quantum healing.

 

To further her skills and her tool kit, she studied Chinese medicine and acupuncture, has trained in a number of different neuroscience techniques for nervous system regulation.

 

More recently, she completed advanced training with the ATMA CENA and holds a diploma in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, a complement to the work she has done as with master vegetalista Don Jose Camps and other plant medicine teachers.
