Aqua Yoga, designed by Diana Bourel, is a yoga-infused, water-based practice (ocean or pool) that offers a safe, effective, and revitalizing workout in a supportive aquatic environment. Using floating pool noodles for support, each session blends aquatic spinning, yoga postures, and barre-inspired toning exercises to engage the entire body. This low-impact yet powerful workout strengthens both the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems, enhancing endurance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
The water’s natural resistance boosts microcirculation, improves joint mobility, and helps reduce cellulite—making Aqua Yoga an ideal choice for fitness, recovery, and deep relaxation. PRICING
• €150 for one student
• €200 for two students
• €40 per additional student
• Private group (4+ people): €50 per person
• For parties of 10 or more: €35 per person
