About the Grieflings Program
Developed with insights from Dr. Aimie Apigian’s Biology of Freeze and Polyvagal Theory, Grieflings offers a grounded, embodied approach to grief. It’s for anyone navigating loss, illness, burnout, or profound life change. This is not about suppressing pain — it's about making space for it, gently. And then learning to move again.
