The quiet at Saline is not empty, it is alive. Open sky, open water, ancient rock. No walls, no ceiling, nothing pressing in. Each Sunday, we return to this: the body in elemental space, breath becoming perceptible again, movement finding its own rhythm. A practice that asks very little only that you show up, and let the place do some of the work. For those who want to feel where they are. And, for a moment, nothing else.
